Working from a young age in restaurants all over Europe, Carlos has been creating authentic Mediterranean food in Dorset for over 10 years.
Using the best ingredients available and applying the techniques and values he learned in traditional Mediterranean restaurants, Carlos works to create a rich experience that represents his passion for food and traveling.
Carlos says: ‘My Passion for cooking started at a very early age. I remember helping my mother on the kitchen and baking for my family and guests who were visiting.
I have travelled a lot around Europe working in the most varied types of Restaurants to learn the culture and the cooking style of each country. Now, I want to bring all my knowledge and passion to you, to your family, serving you a proper 5 senses experience.
