Welcome to the Harbour Restaurant where Cristina Hermoso Escalas offers you a taste of Spain, on the Isle of Skye.
We believe in serving only the very best of fresh produce, all of which we prepare in our own kitchen. We source our ingredients, where possible, locally from the seas around the Isle of Skye and Scotland and or from the farms or lands of the highlands.
Our Menu changes every year and will vary during the season with specials available according to the season. We try to bring you fresh, wild, blue tagged sea trout and salmon when it is available. Other specials often include Pigeon and Pheasant, John Dory and Halibut and are prepared with the flair and imagination of our the chef Cristina.
